You may return your Monolith throw within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.
To start a return, email info@ingistudio.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm the return address and instructions by email. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Returns are received at our studio in Klaipėda, Lithuania. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned parcel being received and inspected.
Exchanges between sizes and colourways are possible subject to availability; we reserve the returned item's replacement until the exchange is confirmed.
